It started with a simple frustration: too many places looked good and felt empty. Hospitality was turning into content. So Kevin Le Goff decided to build something different, a creative ecosystem dedicated to places with soul. What began as a studio quickly grew into a laboratory, a letter, a community, and a way of thinking.

Kevin comes from the world of indie hospitality. Building places, shaping brands, learning every detail the hard way.
Over the years, his obsession stayed the same: craft, emotion, honest materials, local culture, and that invisible thing you feel the moment you step into a place that’s been made with intention.
LOBBY carries that obsession in everything it creates.
We build hospitality from the inside out.
We imagine brands, design concepts, shape houses, create tools, test ideas in the real world, and share what we learn openly through the Lobby Lectures.
We work with founders, hoteliers, creatives, and owners who want to push things forward, who understand that hospitality is not decoration, but a form of storytelling.
We spend our weeks chasing truth.
We respect landscapes. We listen to places. We believe identity comes from the territory, not a template. And we know that great hospitality never comes from a boardroom but from people who genuinely care.
